GL45 Safety Cap for HPLC Mobile Phase

Features:

1.    GL45 solvent bottle caps protect your laboratory environment. The system provides protection and secures laboratory work. The integrated PTFE membrane captures dust and other contaminants from the air.

2.    Ergonomic design allows easy and tool-free solvent changes, the freely rotating cap insert and screw-on fittings avoid twisting of the tube during container changes.

3.    For maximum efficiency, the time bar ( 6 months ) installed on the valve clearly indicates the usage of the valve and when the filter needs to be replaced.

 NOTICE:

1.     When you first start using it, just press your finger on the time bar to start it;

2.    The time bar will gradually turn red after startup. When it turns completely red, it is time to replace the air valve, as shown in the figure below;

3.    We recommend replacing the air valve after 6 months of use under the following conditions: 1 ml/min, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, laboratory temperature 20°C.
